Prices

In the completely furnished apartments bed linen and towels are furnished.
Inclusive: water, electricity and final cleaning.

Smoking in the houses is prohibited.
Live animals are not allowed in the houses.

• Stay shorter than 5 days we charge high season prices.
• Arrival and departure days are on Saturday or Sunday or shortly    before arrival on request.
• Check in ater 2:00 p.m. (on Sundays after 4:00 p.m.)
• Check out until 9:30 a.m.
• Free Holiday Pass for all public transport included.
• Local tax by local tariff, € 1,50 /day/person (from 01.01.2016)

We only accept cash as a form of payment.

Important note:

We always ask for a deposit to confirm the booking.

Deposit required to confirm booking:
- for 2 persons 100,00 €
- from 3 persone 200,00 €

Attention: Only the deposit guarantees compliance with the reservation of the apartment.

The deposit will not be refunded and will not be credited for another time, it is only valid for the period already booked.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If one or more announced persons decide not to come, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code, a cancellation right does not exist  nevertheless, we grant following cancellation conditions:

Cancellations

•  2 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you your advance payment.
•  2 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 100% of the booking will be charged.
